All orders are processed within 2-3 working days (unless you have pre-ordered an item, in which case your order will be processed in the timescale outlined on the product page). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipments may be delayed by a few days, please contact us if you need your order urgently, and we will always do our best to advise and help where possible.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Delivery is via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class.

If you have placed an order which includes a 'pre-order' item(s) and 'in stock' item(s) in the same order, your whole order will be sent together in one delivery once your pre-ordered item becomes available. If you would prefer for any 'in stock' items to be sent out sooner, an additional postage charge will apply. Please either contact us to make the request, or place two orders - one for 'in stock' items and a second for 'pre-order' items.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however if you would like to return an item, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order -
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Items must be returned complete, unused and with its original packaging.
We are not able to refund any postage charges. Postage for returns is at your own cost. We always recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt and holding on to it until your returned item(s) have arrived with us safely.
Unfortunately, the following products cannot be refunded (unless faulty or not as described):
Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
Products without original packaging or labels
Perishable goods that contain food products (e.g. Christmas Eve boxes)
Any products that have been personalised for you
We hope that your items arrive in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that they have been damaged in transit, please email us immediately
Please do not dispose of the damaged item, our courier will require photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
Photo's required: An image of the damaged item and a clear image of the packaging, including the box that your order arrived in.
